About Della

Della McCranie has been creating wonderful crafts for over twenty-five years. Whether throwing pots, making purses, creating jewelry for all occasions, or delicious cordials Della’s creative juices are always flowing.

Spending her childhood summers in Northeast Texas with her grandmother and aunts opened her young eager eyes and mind to the multitude of foodstuffs and household pleasantries, taken for granted today, that the “farm folk” had to make. This type of “get your hands dirty, work to eat” mentality inspired her at a young age to create items for daily use and enjoyment.

This spirit of creation is manifested today in beautiful necklaces, earrings, bracelets, rosaries, and many other unique pieces of art.

Della will be happy to custom make items for you, given that the materials you wish to include are available. Some stones she has used are antique, literally one of a kind and can’t be duplicated. She is constantly on the search for vintage beads and stones, pouring through books, sales, garage sales, or estate sales in pursuit of unique and fun materials to use. Hers is a quest of love and joy in creating articles for others to enjoy.
