Fletcher Thorne-Thomsen

Fletcher has lived “Photographic Art” for more than 60 years as an avocation.  The subjects of his work are universal with exhibits in the U.S. and worldwide: specifically mentioned are those in foreign countries—the Virgin Islands, Saudi Arabia, Argentina, Puerto Rico, and England.

Fletcher has been published extensively with two books, Louisiana Life magazine and many years of classic calendars.

His current interest is sharing his art in the form of NOTE CARDS.  The cards represent a number of his well-known photographs and prose that evidenced his awareness.  He often explains his variety of subjects with a message “People look but often don’t see!”

NOTE CARDS are packaged 6, 8 or 12 to a box and each card is individually signed.  They convey a special thoughtfulness and offer an object of true art for the recipient—suitable for framing.

Fletcher's Gallery in the Shreveport Trading Co Antiques depicts his PHOTOGRAPHY …framed and ready to display, and his unique NOTE CARDS. Come see his work, you will be impressed!
